1. We do have the right to not do a delivery at your address if we have a bad history against you. We may also not do a delivery at your place if your order becomes less than a reasonable amount for us. We may not do a delivery at your place if there are many frozen items in your order and you are not available to take those items when we are going to be coming for a delivery at your place.
2. We may refuse the sale of an item if it is not going to be in stock for some time and refund you the money in that case. You will not be called in such a situation and we will send you an email for that.
3. By signing up as a customer of our website you agree to receive marketing material via email, phone or post from us or our partners from time to time. However, you can request us by email if you do not want to receive these marketing calls and emails.
4. All payments are done in pounds only as items are located in UK. GST may apply to certain items also.
